By accessing and using BiblyGo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

BiblyGo provides a logistics service for the retrieval and delivery of marathon BIBs/Kits. We act as an intermediary between the event organizer/expo and the participant to facilitate the delivery of race materials.

3. User Responsibilities

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your identity and BIB number.
• Provide a valid identity proof (government-issued ID) required for BIB collection on your behalf.
• Ensure the delivery address provided is correct and accessible.

BiblyGo is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect details or restricted access at the delivery location.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees: Services are charged based on the distance and urgency of the delivery. The total fee is displayed before you confirm your booking.

Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up until the point of dispatch. A cancellation fee may apply. Once the courier has picked up your BIB, no refunds will be issued.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

We exercise the utmost care in handling your race materials. However, BiblyGo is not liable for:

• Delays caused by force majeure (traffic, weather, strikes).
• Refusal of the event organizer to hand over the BIB due to discrepancy in your provided documents.
• Loss or damage of items that is not directly attributable to our negligence.

6. Changes to Terms

BiblyGo reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your Acceptance of the new Terms.
